This blog used to be called Body, Soul and Mind I started this blog the 1st time I chopped my hair, I cut it all off...Then somewhat grew it back and rechopped it October 2010 this is the result of what I learned...the road to healthy started with my hair I include the foods I eat in this Healthy journey...
